- You promote the virtual conference by using your affiliate link in emails, on your website, and your blog. Every time someone clicks this link, it is tracked in our system. Once that person buys a product or registers for an event, you will receive a commission.
- You can format your affiliate link:
- With one of our text options or graphic options in our toolbox. We will be updating this page with tweets and Facebook status updates.
- Note: You will need to know how to add your affiliate link to your emails, blog or website – or find appropriate help – because we do not have technical support to do this for you.
- When “your” visitor makes a purchase, you earn a 50% commission on each HeartWise™ Fizzle to Sizzle – The Relationship Virtual Conference order and 40 % on the new Fizzle to Sizzle E-book purchase.

2. Use your Affiliate Link on your website, blog and email by embedding it in one of our convenient posters & text. (Some email systems do not let you ‘hide’ a link behind plain text. In that case, you can use the link in your emails just as it is sent to you.)
Cross Promotion
As presenter Astrid Witt stated, “The cross-promotion of this event is a four-way win.” We provide valuable information. It is a win for our client lists and for your client lists. Even better, supporting each other with conscious intention and integrity assists each of us in our marketing.”
If you would like to participate in cross-promotion, please email caron@gmail.com regarding which aspects you want to participate in, and then we can send you or your assistant the material.
For those of you participating as affiliates we are asking that you:
1. Use the tweets we send you if you have a twitter account to promote the telesummit. We provide you the tweets, and you can use Hootsuite.com to upload them all in ten minutes and your schedule of tweets for the next 6 weeks is set.
2. Allow us to post on your Facebook Page and Tag you and other presenters on our FB pages for the exposure, or you do so regularly.
3. Add the telesummit info to your ezines or regular promo announcements to your list. We start with once a week and build to more exposure through January 2012.
4. Add the blog articles\announcements we use to your own blog.
5. Send out the sample email or forward our announcement and change the link to your affiliate link we provide to you. Send to your list at least once a week for two weeks prior to the telesummit and the day of your presentation.

FORMAT OF PRESENTATIONS
1. Dr. Caron Goode or Yvonne Perry will host the conference sessions, all of which will be recorded.
2. Host announces the sponsor, the theme topic of the week.
3. Host announces the presenter’s topic, the presenter’s bio, and finally the presenter.
4. Presenter says hello and starts.
5 The dual-session presenters have 25-minutes to present.
6. After each presentation we take questions for 10 minutes.
7. We repeat how to contact the presenter and ask for any special presenter announcements.
8. We close the session.
